blushd is an independent app built by a solo developer. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We’ve written it in plain language on purpose.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.
To run blushd, we use a small number of trusted services. These are processors — they handle your data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
If you upload photos and choose to make them public, other users of blushd may be able to view them. If you upload photos and keep them private, only you can see them.
You can delete your uploaded photos at any time from within the app.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted from our systems. Some data may remain in backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed.

blushd is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
blushd is a small independent app and does not currently meet the revenue or data volume thresholds that trigger CCPA/CPRA obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we may also notify you within the app.
